Is there any way for a credit repair company to set up an account to pull credit for its clients?

I am trying to start a credit repair company but I have not found a company to go through to pull credit. All the companies seem to only work with mortgage companies. HELP!

Is there a way to group my car loan and student loan into a new home mortgage?

I have student loans of about $7,500 and about $13,000 left on my car loan. I am looking to purchase a house and wondering if there is any way to add my car loan and student loans on to the mortgage?

How much mortgage debt is there in the USA?

Given all the worries about credit in this country, and subprime mortgages, I was curious as to what the entire amount of home mortgage debt is. There are about 110 million households in the country, with 70% of them owned residences. Let’s say there are 75 million owned homes. Not all have mortgages, but if 70 million do, and the average mortgage amount on such homes is $200,000, that comes out to a scary $14 TRILLION of mortgage debt in the USA. If just 2% default, the amount of bad home loans is $280 billion. It could obviously be much higher.

Does anyone know what total mortgage debt is per household and in total? This is a real problem that could damage the economy.

Is there a new refinance program that forgives negative equity and refinances the house at current value?

I heard about some new government loan where if your home has dropped in value, the government will absorb the depreciation and refinance your house at its current market value. I just bought my first house in August of 2008 for $275,000 which was a foreclosure and the other foreclosed homes surrounding me are now being offered in the $240,000 range. So in 4 months I’ve already lost around $35,000 in value.

Credit Repair: Are there any certification programs I can take to learn how to do Credit Repair?

I would like to learn how to do credit repair. Are there any certification programs? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
